Delivery Within the UK

STANDARD DELIVERY

It usually takes between 5 – 7 working days to fulfil your order. This will then leave our HQ and will be sent on its way to you by your chosen delivery option. If your delivery address is within the UK and you have selected the standard £5.95 option, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail first class. You should receive this within a week of placing your order. If you are not available to receive the package. You then have the option of collecting from your local sorting office.

Delivery Within Europe

We send to customers from within Europe,  via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £11.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between three and fourteen working days, from date of despatch. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK.  We can arrange couriering your package.  Please contact us if you would prefer to book a courier and  we can quote you a price.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you as long as the following conditions are met:

  • For hygiene reasons we respectfully ask that if you are trying a wig on that you use a wig cap in all cases.
  • The tags must not be removed from any of the pieces when trying on.
  • The wig or hairpiece must not have been worn, styled, brushed and must be returned with all the original packaging and must had any contact with food smells, hair spray, perfume or cigarette odours.
  • The order is cancelled within 14 calendar days of signing for the goods. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued, unless this condition is met.

The following items cannot be returned: items placed as a special order, or items made for you.

We recommend that you send the parcel via a recorded or special delivery service. Lemonade Wigs will not accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.

All returns protocol must be adhered to and there are no exceptions.
